Sheet music readers & devices
An offline-first sheet music app
Venue Wi-Fi is a rumour and cellular in a stone church is worse. Anything on the critical path of a performance has to work with the radio off.
What runs locally
Score rendering, setlists, annotation, the tuner, and all face-gesture detection. None of it makes a network request during a performance.
What needs a connection
Only iCloud sync and band sharing, and only to transfer changes. Once a score is on the device it stays readable regardless.
Pre-gig checklist
Open the setlist once on Wi-Fi before you leave so every score is downloaded locally, then fly with airplane mode on if you want to save battery.
Try it on your own scores
Import PDF scores, add annotations, build setlists and turn pages hands-free. StageMate is available for Apple devices and Android. Features, cloud services and Pro purchases differ by platform; check the current plan before buying.
