1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using StageMate (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please stop using the App.
2. Description of Service
StageMate is a hands-free sheet music reader for musicians, offering blink/head-gesture page turning, PDF import, annotations, setlist management, band sharing, and cloud sync. Some features require a Pro subscription or a Lifetime purchase.
3. Subscriptions & Payments
Pro subscriptions and Lifetime purchases are processed via Apple App Store in-app purchase, at the price shown at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in your App Store account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payments are non-refundable, but you keep access until the period ends. Lifetime is a one-time purchase with permanent access.
4. Accounts & Data
Some features (band sharing, cross-device sync) require an account. You are responsible for activity under your account. You can export or delete your data at any time in the app or on our website. Deleting your account permanently removes associated data.
5. Privacy
We take privacy seriously. Face detection runs entirely on-device; we never capture, store, or upload any facial data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the App for unlawful activities, not to reverse engineer or disrupt the App, and not to abuse sharing features to distribute infringing or inappropriate content.
7. Intellectual Property
StageMate, its trademarks, design, and code are the property of the developer. Content you import (e.g., sheet music) remains yours or its original rights holder's.
8. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is". While we strive for reliability, we are not liable for indirect damages such as interrupted performances or data loss. Please back up before important shows.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time; material changes will be announced in the app or on our website. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
